Homemade Mango Mousse Parfait to celebrate the end of May! Summer is just around the corner! Get ready for some cool desserts to chill you down:D I’m not a big fan of raspberry before, but somehow I’m starting to like them every since I tried a raspberry dome from Paul Lafayet ( Click on the link to see how awesome their pastries are!!, great styling! If you are looking for the address, click here) So mom tried out this raspberry mousse cake, and it was splendid! It would be even better if there’s a raspberry jelly/filling in the middle :P Hopefully we will have a improved version next time!
